From start to finish, your party is fully organised, structured, and hosted — so you can relax while the kids have an amazing time.

👋 Arrival & Setup

Jay (your host and experienced children’s party entertainer) will arrive in advance to fully set up the Nerf arena.

This includes:

• Inflatable bunkers, barriers, and play zones

• Safe playing boundaries

• Equipment preparation (blasters, darts, goggles, vests)

Everything is ready before the children begin.

🛡 Safety Briefing

Before any gameplay starts, all children take part in a clear and simple safety briefing.

This covers:

• How to safely use the Nerf blasters

• Eye protection rules (goggles must be worn at all times)

• Safe distances and gameplay boundaries

• What to do if they are tagged

This ensures every child feels confident, safe, and ready to play.

🎮 Game Rules & Team Setup

Children are split into teams and guided through the rules of each game.

Jay makes sure:

• Everyone understands how the games work

• Teams are balanced and fair

• Every child feels included and involved

🔥 Gameplay (4–6 Structured Games)

The session includes 4 to 6 organised games, each lasting around 15 minutes.

Games are varied to keep energy high and include:

• Team-based missions

• Individual challenges

• Objective games (e.g. Capture the Flag)

Each round is:

• Clearly explained

• Fully supervised

• Reset quickly to keep the action flowing

💧 Breaks & Reset Time

Short breaks are built in between games to allow for:

• Water breaks

• Birthday cake / food time

• Resetting the arena for the next game

🏃 High-Energy Activity

Children stay active throughout, with approximately:

60–80 minutes of total physical gameplay

The structure keeps them engaged, moving, and having fun the entire time.

🏁 Final Game & Wrap-Up

The party finishes with a final high-energy game, followed by a clear wrap-up of the session.
